Argon Wine Systems LLC was founded in 2015 by Kim Oshiro DipWSET, an experienced sommelier with a background in welding and fabrication.  Kim, as a Wine and Beverage Director, worked extensively with inert gases with the Enomatic Classic, Enomatic Elite, Wine Emotion, and By the Glass wine preservation and dispensing machines.
