Argon Wine Systems LLC was founded in 2015 by Kim Oshiro DipWSET, an experienced sommelier with a background in welding and fabrication.  Kim, as a Wine and Beverage Director, worked extensively with inert gases with the Enomatic Classic, Enomatic Elite, Wine Emotion, and By the Glass wine preservation and dispensing machines. Although the Coravin opens up even greater possibilities for glass pours and tasting flights, Kim developed the Bottle Thief system out of necessity while working as a sales rep for a wine importer and distributor. After over two years of prototypes and design improvements, we are proud to offer the Bottle Thief worldwide.
